Salam Shalom
When I was asked to write a song about peace with VessBroz… I suddenly had an idea… why rewrite the finest words ever written about humanity than just breathe them back to life for the world to sing? “Bani Ādam” is a poem every Iranian knows, by the famous Iranian poet, Saadi Shirazi It is a short but powerful aphorism about the connection of all human life; its truth is so meaningful that the poem is inscribed on the entrance of the United Nations building… an institution no longer pursuing justice and upholding humanitarian law like they vowed to at its inception. This is a reminder that "men with power" are driven by different motives... and that light, humanity and change starts with us (and ends with us) - the masses, the people, "the children of Adam.”

Fighting has become the pride of the lower generation
Go smile, child under rubble
Who said life was fair? Go get lost man..
